Create an event and add to individual or multiple calendars. Select the recipients and send alerts via email, SMS and add the event to screens. Choosing a location for the event automatically adds a link to Google maps.

 

Once a Schedule is created it is automatically uploaded to be viewed on integrated screens, computers, tablets and mobiles:

 

This is a step by step of how you would create a schedule within the Clhub system:

1. Add title and description

2. Select the date and time
3. Select the location of the event
4. Choose the group the event relates too
5. Select individual or full groups of attendees
6. Select how the alert will be received.
7. Save the event
